The University of Notre Dame and Levy have announced the renewal of their hospitality partnership, extending their collaboration through 2036. This decision follows a competitive request for proposal process and builds on a relationship that began in 2016. Since then, Levy has managed concessions and premium dining at key campus venues such as Notre Dame Stadium, Compton Family Ice Arena, and Purcell Pavilion at the Joyce Center.

Under the renewed agreement, Levy will continue to oversee all aspects of hospitality services for Notre Dame’s athletic events. This includes both general concessions and premium seating options, with an emphasis on maintaining high standards for guest experiences.

Shannon Cullinan, executive vice president at Notre Dame, stated: “At Notre Dame, we strive for excellence in every aspect of our guest experience, and our hospitality program is no exception. Over the past decade, Levy has been more than just a service provider to the University. They are a true partner who understands our mission and shares our commitment to delivering world-class service.”

A significant feature of the partnership has been its focus on sustainability initiatives. Since 2017, Levy and Notre Dame have worked with Cultivate Food Rescue to address food waste by donating prepared but unserved food from stadium events to local food pantries. The program also supports job training for at-risk individuals in Northern Indiana.

Looking ahead, both organizations plan to increase their efforts around local sourcing by prioritizing regional vendors and suppliers. This approach aims to showcase South Bend-Elkhart region products during game days while supporting area businesses.

Andy Lansing, CEO of Levy, commented: “The spirit and traditions of Notre Dame are cherished cornerstones of collegiate athletics, and it has been a profound honor to serve this community for the last 10 years. Notre Dame marked our entry into the collegiate sports landscape and set our company on a decade-long path to national leadership in the hospitality field. Extending this partnership gives us the shared opportunity to further advance the guest experience while deepening our impact through local sourcing and world-class hospitality.”
