Charli XCX, Tate McRae, Lorde, Olivia Dean, and the Smashing Pumpkins will headline Lollapalooza this year, according to a March 17 announcement from the festival organizers.

The annual music event in Grant Park is set to take place July 30 through August 2. The festival typically features more than 150 bands performing across four days and several stages. Organizers say the event will return to its usual location bordered by Randolph Street, Michigan Avenue, Columbus Drive, and Roosevelt Road.

Other artists scheduled to perform include John Summit, Jennie, The xx, Lil Uzi Vert, Sombr, The Neighbourhood, The Chainsmokers, Finn Wolfhard, Beabadoobee, Ethel Cain, Leon Thomas, Zara Larsson, Blood Orange, Suki Waterhouse, 5 Seconds of Summer, Hot Mulligan, DJ Trixie Mattel, HorsegiirL, Sienna Spiro and Slayyyter. K-pop acts aespa, I-dle and CORTIS are also on the bill. In recent years K-pop artists have played a prominent role at Lollapalooza with Stray Kids headlining in 2024 and TWICE in 2025.

This year’s festival will introduce new hospitality options such as Northside Suites—a private air-conditioned space with a rooftop viewing deck for up to 15 guests per day—and Suites at Perry’s for an elevated experience at the dance stage. There will also be a Speakeasy Lounge featuring concierge service. Organizers said they are expanding the Plant Base section to offer more vegan and vegetarian food choices.

Ahead of the official lineup reveal over the weekend prior to Tuesday’s announcement, Lollapalooza distributed music-playing lollipops around Chicago and to social media influencers that played snippets of songs from artists expected on this year’s roster.

Ticket options include four-day passes as well as one- and two-day passes. Last year’s four-day passes sold out in under an hour. Fans can sign up for a presale beginning Thursday at 10 a.m., with prices increasing when public sales start at 11 a.m. Daily schedules for performers will be announced later.
