A new partnership has been announced between Florida Orange Juice and the Tampa Bay Lightning, with marketing activities set to take place throughout the 2025-26 NHL season at Benchmark International Arena. The collaboration aims to promote Florida Orange Juice through various in-arena promotions, including mocktails, pregame giveaways, and interactive product sampling stations during select home games. These activities will be located at Ford Thunder Alley and Publix Plaza.

Fans attending events at Benchmark International Arena, which also hosts music concerts and entertainment events such as Monster Truck Jam, will have opportunities to experience Florida Orange Juice in multiple ways. The partnership is expected to provide significant exposure for the beverage brand among millions of consumers nationwide.

Additional promotional efforts will include appearances by the Lightning’s mascot Thunderbug and behind-the-scenes access during morning skate sessions. According to Steve Johnson, Chairman of the Florida Citrus Commission, “Florida Orange Juice is The Original Wellness Drink. An 8-ounce glass of what we grow — the world’s best 100% orange juice — is an excellent source of vitamin C, has electrolytes like potassium and magnesium, and other nutrients to support hydration, workout recovery and overall immune system wellness. We provide a functional beverage that’s perfect for athletes, fans and families looking for valuable health benefits that’s easy to serve and tastes delicious.”

Johnson also noted ongoing efforts by the marketing team at the Florida Department of Citrus (FDOC) to maintain visibility for Florida Orange Juice among modern consumers. He expressed optimism about the future of Florida citrus production despite uncertainty regarding upcoming forecasts.

“Congratulations to CRAFT for an overwhelming application round and thank you to all of you who are ready to do the work of getting trees in the ground,” Johnson added.

Steve Johnson serves as Chairman of the Florida Citrus Commission, which oversees FDOC operations.
