ARC Music Festival will return to Union Park on Sept. 4-7, expanding its run to four days this year and featuring a wide range of electronic and house music acts. The festival, organized by Auris Presents, is one of the largest music events held at Union Park, located at 1501 W. Randolph St., and brings together both local and international performers in genres such as EDM, drum and bass, and dance.

The festival’s expansion follows Pitchfork’s final event at Union Park in 2024. This year’s ARC lineup includes “the futuristic soundscapes of Anyma, peerless electronic legacy act Underworld, beloved global champion Michael Bibi, unifying Chicago dance icon Honey Dijon, and high priestess of hard techno Sara Landry presents ETERNALISM … Highlights also include Brazilian fire starter Mochakk, meteoric house sensation Mau P, drum and bass torchbearers Chase & Status, and globe trotting heavyweights Vintage Culture B2B Damian Lazarus.”

John Curley, ARC co-founder and lead talent buyer, said in a news release: “By expanding to four days, we can showcase more of the talent we love and create even more unforgettable moments for our community.”

This year’s festival will feature four stages with the debut of a new stage called The Midway. The name references both the city’s historic Midway Plaisance parkway and Midway Airport.

The ARC After Dark series for pass holders will also return this year with five nights of programming from Thursday through Monday; details about those performers and venues have not yet been announced.

Tickets for ARC Music Festival go on sale at noon Friday with options for one-day, three-day or four-day passes. More information is available on the ARC website.
