Aba, a Mediterranean restaurant from Lettuce Entertain You Restaurants, is set to open its first Dallas location in late 2026. The new restaurant will be part of The Seam, a mixed-use development in the Design District. Aba already operates locations in Chicago, Austin, and Nashville.
The Dallas restaurant will offer an indoor-outdoor dining experience and feature a menu developed by Chef and Partner CJ Jacobson. The menu combines modern Mediterranean cuisine with influences from California. Offerings will include house-made hummus, mezze selections, kebabs, butcher cuts, seasonal desserts, and dishes inspired by local ingredients. The beverage selection will focus on spirits and wines from lesser-known Mediterranean regions.
The design of the space will incorporate elements such as large olive trees, climbing ivy, potted plants native to the area, Moroccan-style lanterns, vintage chandeliers, leather furnishings, stone surfaces, and mosaic tiles. Both indoor and outdoor seating areas will be available for guests and private events.
Marc Jacobs, Executive Partner and Divisional President of Lettuce Entertain You Restaurants, said: “We’ve been humbled by the positive response from our guests in Austin, and we are excited to expand into the Dallas market. We look forward to bringing our warm hospitality, California-inspired mezze-style menu and energetic ambiance, transporting guests to a vacation in the Mediterranean.”
Lettuce Entertain You Restaurants previously entered the Dallas-Fort Worth market with Lone Star Smokeout—a barbecue and country music festival—which is scheduled to return for its second year at AT&T Stadium from April 24-26 with performers including Shaboozey, Koe Wetzel, and Riley Green.
Aba’s opening is expected to contribute further to the growth of Dallas’ Design District as a culinary destination.
